Welcome to AI In Action. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aiinaction.top website and all related services (the "Service") operated by AI In Action ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must sign in via GitHub OAuth to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or API keys with others. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Not submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's infrastructure
• Not use automated systems to scrape or overload the platform
• Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Respect other community members and maintain a constructive environment

You retain ownership of content you create (challenges, projects, comments). By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate third-party rights.

The AI In Action platform, including its design, code, and official challenge content, is our intellectual property. Official challenges and learning paths are provided for educational purposes. Community-created challenges are owned by their respective authors.

API keys are provided for personal use and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are abused or used in violation of these Terms. Rate limits may apply to API usage.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Challenge content is provided for educational purposes and may not be suitable for production use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI In Action shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
