No-Code ML Model Trainer

Objectives

• Create a visual interface for data upload, feature selection, and model configuration
• Support multiple model types: linear regression, decision tree, neural network
• Train models in the browser using TensorFlow.js with progress indicators
• Display evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, confusion matrix, ROC curve)
• Enable side-by-side comparison of multiple trained models

Hints

• Use TensorFlow.js Layers API for building configurable neural networks
• Implement a training progress callback to show loss curves in real time
• Normalize features before training and show the user which transformations were applied
